Unlike other beverages popular for their taste, flavored milk provides substantial dietary benefits.  A unique combination of health and taste, flavored milk offers the same nine essential nutrients found in white milk: calcium, potassium, phosphorus, protein, vitamins A, D and B12, riboflavin and niacin.

  • NO High Fructose Corn Syrup, NO Artificial Sweeteners & NO Artificial Colors.
  • We start with 1% lowfat milk and add just enough pure cane sugar to bring out our flavors.  Most people find this to be a refreshing alternative to other overly sweetened products.  (Per serving we add 10g of sugar = 40 calories.)
  • The American Heart Association, American Dietetic Association and School Nutrition Association support the important role of low-fat and non-fat milk, including flavored milk, in helping to meet children’s nutrient needs.  In addition, they recognize that the small amount of added sugars in flavored milk is a worthwhile trade-off for the nutrients provided.
